Instructions

  • 1.   UTENSILS;
    ▢ Rice cooker.
    ▢ Steamer basket.
    ▢ Peeler.
    ▢ Vegetable knife.
    ▢ Vegetable cutting board.
    ▢ Skillet.
    ▢ Strainer.
  • 2.   INSTRUCTIONS;
    A) Cook the rice.
    B) Preparations;
    __- Wash, peel, and dice the carrots.
    __- Drain the peas.
    C) Steam the carrots and peas for about 15 minutes.
    D) Beat the eggs to make an omelette. Cook it. Cut it into pieces. Set aside.
    E) From here, prepare the baby's meal according to their age.
  • 3.   FROM 4 MONTHS: Pea-carrot puree (100g);
    - Blend 40g of peas + 60g of carrots + bottled water.
    - Blend until smooth and homogeneous.
    🍽️ Enjoy hot.
  • 4.   FROM 6 MONTHS: Pea-carrot puree with omelette (130g);
    - Blend 60g of peas + 60g of carrots + 10g of omelette.
    - Add 1 teaspoon of oil and a little coriander.
    - Thin the puree with a little water if needed.
    🍽️ Enjoy hot.
  • 5.   FROM 9 MONTHS: Rice, vegetable puree, and omelette (180g);
    - Blend 40g of peas + 40g of corn + 50g of carrots.
    - Add 1 teaspoon of oil and a little coriander.
    - Mix with 50g of rice.
    - Keep a piece of omelette to eat with fingers.
    🍽️ Enjoy hot.
  • 6.   F) Slice the shallots. Sauté them with a little olive oil.
    G) Cut the omelette into pieces.
    H) Add all the other ingredients to the shallots.
  • 7.   FROM 12 MONTHS: Serve a portion of Cantonese rice (200g).
    🍽️ Enjoy hot.

    FOR ADULTS;
    - Add soy sauce and sauté for 2 minutes in the skillet.
    🍽️ Enjoy hot.
