1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Peel the bananas and cut them into slices.
2. Separate the sheets of filo pastry, brush them with melted butter, and cut them in half. On the upper part of each half sheet, distribute the banana slices.
3. Fold the sides of the pastry and roll the sheet up. Place them on a baking sheet lined with oiled parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, heat the sugar in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water and melt it into caramel until it turns a beautiful golden color.
5. Off the heat, add 5 cl of water (be careful of splatters) and mix until you obtain a sauce. Stir in the sesame seeds.
6. Using two forks, dip the spring rolls into the caramel and place them on a sheet of parchment paper. Enjoy immediately.
