Strawberry Jam Turnovers

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Unroll the puff pastry sheets on a work surface and cut out 8 shapes using cookie cutters.
  • 2.   Rinse, gently dry, and remove the stems from the strawberries. Cut them into small pieces. Spread the jam in the center of 4 of the shapes, then distribute the strawberry pieces on top. Cover with the remaining pastry shapes. Seal the edges gently with a fork and place the turnovers on a baking sheet. Brush them with milk using a pastry brush.
  • 3.   Optionally, draw a pattern on the top using the tip of a knife.
  • 4.   Bake for about 25 minutes. Let them cool slightly before serving.

  • 3 tablespoon of milk
