Salmon and Spinach Lasagna

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven (410°F).
    Thaw the spinach well in advance. Preheat the oven (410°F).
  • 2.   Grease a rectangular or square baking dish with some butter, then layer lasagna sheets, salmon, spinach, and a little Parmesan cheese. Repeat the process until all the ingredients are used.
  • 3.   Pour the previously seasoned heavy cream over the layers.
  • 4.   Sprinkle some more Parmesan cheese on top and bake in a hot oven for 25 minutes.

  • 300 g of smoked salmon
  • 500 g of frozen spinach
  • 50 cl of liquid fresh cream

    I just saw that it required 1 lasagna sheet, as I had a package I thought I had the right proportions. Except I have 250g of pasta so I have too much filling.
