Lettuce Wrap Sushi without Rice

Instructions

  • 1.   UTENSILS:

    - A colander or salad spinner.
    - Two knives (fish knife and vegetable knife).
    - Two cutting boards (fish cutting board and vegetable cutting board).
    - A citrus juicer.
    - A medium-sized bowl.
  • 2.   INSTRUCTIONS:

    - Prepare the necessary ingredients and utensils.
    - Remove the dill leaves and lettuce leaves.
    - Peel the onion and avocado.
    - Wash and dry the lettuce and cucumber.
    - ⚠️ Cut the cucumber into julienne strips. Set aside.
    - ⚠️ Slice the onion and avocado. Set aside.
    - ⚠️ Cut the nori sheet into 4 pieces. Set aside.
    - ⚠️ Cut the salmon into strips. Set aside.
    - Extract the juice from the lemon.
    - In the bowl, mix the sauce ingredients.
    - Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
    - Create a nest with two lettuce leaves.
    - Place nori, sauce, ingredients, and sauce on top.
    - Roll the leaf tightly.

    - 🍽️ Enjoy it fresh.

  • 2 sprig of fresh dill
  • ½ lemons
  • 100 g of plain yogurt 0 %
  • 2 teaspoon of whole grain mustard
  • 2 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 handful of sesame seed
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
