Celery root and potato puree with milk

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash, peel, and soak the celery roots in lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown.
  • 2.   Heat 2 liters of water with 2 tablespoons of flour and the juice of half a lemon.
  • 3.   Peel and slice the celery roots and potatoes. Cook them for 30 minutes in the 2 liters of water.
  • 4.   Drain the vegetables and mash them with a potato masher, adding milk, salt, and pepper.
  • 5.   Add the butter just before serving and enjoy.
