Peanut Butter Blondies

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  • 2.   Line a brownie pan with parchment paper.
  • 3.   In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, milk, melted coconut oil, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • 4.   Add the flour, baking soda, and salt, and mix well.
  • 5.   Lightly crush the peanuts with a rolling pin.
  • 6.   Stir in the chocolate chips and peanuts.
  • 7.   Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • 8.   Allow the blondies to cool before removing from the pan and cutting into squares.

  • 65 ml of coconut oil
  • 150 g of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 5 cl of milk
  • 50 g of peanut
  • 150 cl of chocolate chip
  • salt (according to taste)
