Peanut Butter Cookies

Peanut butter can be replaced with hazelnut butter or any other type of nut butter. For those with a sweet tooth, add peanuts or other crunchy ingredients for extra texture.

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  • 2.   In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  • 3.   Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • 4.   Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  • 5.   On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drop spoonfuls of dough (3-4 cm) and flatten them. Leave about 5 cm of space between each cookie.
  • 6.   Bake for 13 minutes.
  • 7.   Remove the cookies from the oven, even if they are still slightly soft. They will harden as they cool.

  • 100 g of brown sugar
  • ½ tablespoon of baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 100 g of chocolate chip
  • salt (according to taste)
