Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 425°F (210°C).
  • 2.   Roll out the dough in a pie dish and prick the bottom.
  • 3.   Slice the cheeses and distribute them evenly over the dough.
  • 4.   Mix the eggs with pepper and nutmeg, then pour this mixture over the cheese.
  • 5.   Bake for 30 minutes.
