Instructions

  • 1.   Remove the stems from the figs and cut them into small pieces. In a saucepan, cook the figs, bay leaf, and vanilla seeds for 2 to 3 minutes in water, stirring regularly.
  • 2.   Stir in the honey and cook for another 5 minutes. Fill a jar to the top, close the lid, and let the jam cool.
