Cinnamon Keto Squares
To replace breakfast cereals, with or without milk!

Instructions

. Whisk the butter with the sweetener, then add the egg, continue whisking.

. Mix the remaining (dry) ingredients in another bowl.

. Then mix the two preparations until obtaining a smooth and compact dough.

. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

. Roll out the dough on parchment paper, pierce with a fork and pre-cut into squares using a knife.

. If possible, place in the freezer for 10 minutes, or in the fridge for 45 minutes.

. Bake for 10 minutes at 190°C. Then let cool and dry for several hours for a crispy texture.
Notes & Suggestions
Cinnamon can be easily replaced with powdered vanilla or unsweetened cocoa!
