Zucchini and Goat Cheese Tart

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the zucchini. Cut them into approximately 1.5 cm pieces. Sauté them in a preheated and oiled pan (preferably olive oil).
  • 2.   Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with Herbes de Provence. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
  • 3.   Line the tart pan with the pastry. Arrange the zucchini pieces on top. Cut the goat cheese into 1/2 cm slices and evenly place them on the zucchini.
  • 4.   Fill in the gaps with the remaining zucchini slices.
  • 5.   Mix the cream with the eggs, add salt and mix everything together. Add a little milk.
  • 6.   Pour this mixture over the tart.
  • 7.   Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • 8.   Preferably eat warm.
