Instructions

  • 1.   INSTRUCTIONS:

    - In a bowl, sift the flour and then add the sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
    - Beat the eggs with the orange blossom water and vanilla in another bowl.
    - Mix the two preparations together with a whisk.
    - Gradually pour in the milk while stirring to avoid lumps.
    - ⚠️♨️ In a frying pan, melt a knob of butter and pour in the batter.
    - ⚠️♨️ Cook for 1 minute on each side until golden brown, adding butter between each crepe.
  • 2.   SERVING & TASTING:

    - Serve the crepes on a plate.
    - 🍽️ Enjoy hot or cold.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Tip: Add a splash of rum to the batter for a more flavorful taste.
