Instructions

  • 1.   INSTRUCTIONS:

    - ⚠️🔪 Zest and juice the lemon.
    - ⚠️🔪 Rinse, trim the base, and peel the asparagus stalks with a peeler. Cut them into pieces.
    - ⚠️♨️ Bring the broth to a simmer and add the asparagus. Cook for 15 minutes.
    - Blend the mixture, then add the cream, grated lemon zest, and lemon juice.
    - Season with salt and pepper to taste, then mix again.
    - 😴❄️ Let it cool and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • 2.   SERVING & TASTING:

    - Serve the soup in a bowl.
    - 🍽️ Enjoy it cold.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Tip: Serve with a small spoonful of raw green asparagus carpaccio, sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese.
