Instructions

  • 1.   INSTRUCTIONS:

    - ⚠️🔪 Wash, dry, and slice the tomatoes.
    - ⚠️🔪 Cut the feta into small cubes.
    - ⚠️🔪 Slice the olives.
    - ⚠️🔪 Finely chop the tarragon.
    - Whisk the oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste in a salad bowl.
    - Add the tomatoes, feta, olives, and tarragon.
    - Gently mix.
  • 2.   SERVING & TASTING:

    - Serve the carpaccio on a plate.
    - 🍽️ Enjoy chilled.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Choose 2 red tomatoes and 2 yellow tomatoes.
  • Extra tip: For a more complete appetizer, sprinkle with thin slices of prosciutto.
