Instructions

  • 1.   INSTRUCTIONS:

    - ⚠️♨️ Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
    - ⚠️🔪 Wash, grate, and cut the zucchini like cheese.
    - Place parchment paper in a gratin dish.
    - Mix the zucchini, eggs, and cheese in the dish.
    - Season with salt and pepper to taste, then mix again.
    - ⚠️♨️ Bake for 30 minutes until it is well gratinated.
  • 2.   SERVING & TASTING:

    - 🍽️ Enjoy hot.
