Instructions

  • 1.   INSTRUCTIONS:

    - ⚠️🔪 Chop the olives.
    - Mix the butter with the other ingredients.
    - Season with salt and pepper to taste, then mix again.
    - Shape the mixture into logs.
    - 😴❄️ Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
    - ⚠️♨️ Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
    - ⚠️🔪 Slice into 1 cm rounds just before baking.
    - Arrange the rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    - ⚠️♨️ Bake for 15 minutes.
  • 2.   SERVING & TASTING:

    - Serve the shortbread cookies in a bowl.
    - 🍽️ Enjoy them cold as an appetizer.
    - 🍷 Pair with white wine (Bordeaux / Burgundy).
