Instructions

  • 1.   INSTRUCTIONS:

    - ⚠️♨️ Heat a non-stick pan.
    - ⚠️♨️ Place small rounds of parmesan on it.
    - ⚠️♨️ When they start to brown, sprinkle with spices.
    - ⚠️♨️ Flip the chips and cook for an additional minute.
    - Drain the chips on paper towels on a plate.
    - 💡 Place the paper towels on a rolling pin for a chip shape.
  • 2.   SERVING & TASTING:

    - Serve the chips in a bowl.
    - 🍽️ Enjoy them cold as an appetizer.
    - 🍷 Pair with white wine (Bordeaux / Alsace).

  • 1 teaspoon of Espelette pepper (optional)
