Italian Gnocchi Recipe for a Family Meal

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the gnocchi in a pot of salted boiling water for 10 minutes.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet.
  • 3.   Cook the peeled tomatoes in the skillet.
  • 4.   Add chopped basil, salt, and pepper, then mix well.
  • 5.   When the gnocchi float to the surface of the water, drain them well.
  • 6.   Mix the cooked gnocchi with the seasoned tomatoes and drained mozzarella balls.
  • 7.   Serve immediately.

  • 180 g of mozzarella balls
  • 1 handful of fresh basil
