Quick White Pizza with Zucchini and Mozzarella

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  • 2.   Slice the mozzarella and spread it on the dough.
  • 3.   Cover with zucchini cut lengthwise into very thin strips using a peeler.
  • 4.   Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with rosemary.
  • 5.   Drizzle with olive oil and bake for about fifteen minutes.
