Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  • 2.   In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Sauté the finely minced shallots until golden. Season with salt and pepper, then add the heavy cream, whole grain mustard, and the juice of a lemon.
  • 3.   Place the fish in a baking dish. Pour the mustard sauce over it.
  • 4.   Bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot, with steamed potatoes for example.
