Instructions

  • 1.   Take the red berries out of the freezer. Mix the oatmeal, milk, and agave syrup. In a bowl, break the egg and add the sliced bananas. Blend with an immersion blender. Pour the first mixture into the second one and blend briefly again.
  • 2.   Divide into 4 cups with a capacity of 200 ml. Distribute the red berries, stir a little with a small spoon. Cook for 4 minutes in the microwave (850 W): if the bowl-cakes are not completely set, continue cooking for a few more seconds. Let cool for at least 15 minutes before enjoying.
