Watermelon Granita with Orange Blossom

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the watermelon flesh into cubes and remove the seeds.
  • 2.   Blend the watermelon, sugar, and orange blossom water in a blender.
  • 3.   Freeze for 4 to 5 hours, scraping occasionally. For a creamier texture, blend again before serving.

  • 2 tablespoon of orange blossom water
