Instructions

  • 1.   INSTRUCTIONS ;

    - ⚠️🔪 Slice the cabbage and onions. Grate the carrots.
    - Mix with salt (1% of the weight of the vegetables) and let sit for 15 minutes.
    - Squeeze out the excess water.
    - ⚠️🔪 Slice the onions.

    - Mix all the ingredients. The consistency should be creamy.
    - Season with salt and pepper to taste before mixing again.
    - 😴❄️ Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • 2.   SERVING & TASTING:

    - Serve the coleslaw in a bowl.
    - 🍽️ Enjoy cold.
  • 3.   STORAGE ;

    Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.

  • Choose a semi-thick sour cream (not available in the suggested ingredients).

  • 3 green onions
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard

  • 3 stalk of parsley
  • salt (according to taste)

    It all depends on the size of the cabbage for sure, but there is no reference. Also, the note about the crème fraîche when it should be the right ingredient directly...
