Instructions
1. Cook the pasta in boiling water, then drain. Reserve 250 ml of cooking liquid.
2. Finely slice the peppers lengthwise. Trim and slice the fennel. Finely grate the zest of the lemon to obtain 1 tablespoon. Squeeze the lemon to get 2 tablespoons of juice.
3. Heat the olive oil in a pan over high heat and cook the shrimp, finely chopped peppers, fennel, and garlic for 2 minutes, stirring. Add the pasta cooking liquid, lemon zest, and juice, then remove from heat.
4. Add the pasta and arugula. Mix well, then season.
