Shrimp Spaghetti

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta in boiling water, then drain. Reserve 250 ml of cooking liquid.
  • 2.   Finely slice the peppers lengthwise. Trim and slice the fennel. Finely grate the zest of the lemon to obtain 1 tablespoon. Squeeze the lemon to get 2 tablespoons of juice.
  • 3.   Heat the olive oil in a pan over high heat and cook the shrimp, finely chopped peppers, fennel, and garlic for 2 minutes, stirring. Add the pasta cooking liquid, lemon zest, and juice, then remove from heat.
  • 4.   Add the pasta and arugula. Mix well, then season.

  • 380 g of spaghetti
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 2 fennels
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 500 g of raw peeled shrimp
  • 3 teaspoon of chopped garlic in jar
  • 100 g of arugula
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
