Chocolate chip pancakes

The recipe is for 20 pancakes but you can divide the quantity for only 10.

Instructions

  • 1.   Empty the yogurt pots into a large bowl.
  • 2.   Add the milk and stir with a fork.
  • 3.   Add the eggs and mix.
  • 4.   Add the dry ingredients: vanilla sugar, baking powder, and flour.
  • 5.   Add the chocolate chips last.
  • 6.   Mix with the fork, but do not overwork the batter.
  • 7.   Heat the pan over medium heat. In one pan, I make 3 pancakes with a diameter of 10 cm (approximately). Wait for the first bubbles to appear and flip the pancake. Cook for 2 minutes and set aside.
  • 8.   Serve with maple syrup, caramel, or spreadable chocolate.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Some tips for the recipe:

    Use a fork.
    Mix the liquid ingredients first.
    Do not overwork the batter.
    Medium heat for the cooking surface.
    Flip the pancake when the first bubbles appear.
