Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease 12 muffin molds.
  • 2.   In a mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
  • 3.   In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, grated zucchini, grated carrots, butter, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  • 4.   Add the dry ingredients and mix until a thick and homogeneous batter forms.
  • 5.   Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, depending on desired doneness. Let cool and enjoy 😋

  • 90 g of melted butter
  • 25 cl of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 70 g of raisin (optional)
