Gnocchi with mushroom and zucchini sauce

Instructions

  • 1.   Bring water to a boil and add salt.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, dice the zucchini and slice the mushrooms.
  • 3.   Melt the butter and add the oil in a pan.
  • 4.   Sauté the crushed garlic, rosemary, and zucchini for 5 minutes.
  • 5.   Add the mushrooms and cook for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 6.   Cook the fresh gnocchi in the boiling water and remove them with a slotted spoon when they float to the surface.
  • 7.   Toss the gnocchi in the prepared sauce and serve immediately while hot.
  • 8.   Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

  • 300 g of mushroom
  • 50 g of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of grated parmesan
  • 1 rosemary
  • 1 garlic clove
