Weight Watchers Pancakes

Instructions

  • 1.   1. Mix together the eggs, vanilla sugar, yogurt, flour, starch, baking powder, and salt. Add the milk.
  • 2.   2. Heat a non-stick pan, pour a little batter, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake. Flip the pancake and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
  • 3.   3. Repeat the process for the other 11 pancakes.
  • 4.   4. Serve hot.
  • 5.   5. You can flavor the batter by adding rum, orange blossom water, vanilla seeds, citrus zest, and serve it with fresh seasonal fruits.

  • 100 g of flour
  • 40 g of cornstarch

  • 12 cl of skim milk
