Pesto Goat Cheese Grilled Cheese

Instructions

  • 1.   1] Lightly butter the slices of white bread on both sides. Spread pesto on each inner side of the bread. Cut the fresh goat cheese into slices and lightly spread them on the bread slices. Form sandwiches.
  • 2.   2] Cook in the oven, on the stove, or in a sandwich press until golden brown (5 to 10 minutes depending on the cooking method - remember to flip them when cooking in the oven or on the stove). Serve hot with a salad and/or a plate of raw vegetables.
