Instructions

  • 1.   Split the vanilla bean in half and scrape out the seeds.
  • 2.   In the robot with the beater attachment, add the egg yolks and sugar. Mix at speed 4 for 1 minute.
    After 30 seconds, add the vanilla powder and milk.
  • 3.   Start the dessert cream program at speed 4 at 85°C for 12 minutes.
    At the end of cooking, let it cool and then refrigerate until ready to serve.
