Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • 2.   Thaw the spinach.
  • 3.   Meanwhile, unroll the puff pastry and cut it into 4 pieces.
  • 4.   Once the spinach is ready, distribute it in the center of each piece of puff pastry and add a thick slice of goat cheese log.
  • 5.   Fold the sides of the pastry to form 4 small baskets, then bake for about 20 to 30 minutes.
