Mini cauliflower gratins with nutmeg

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 240°C (464°F).
  • 2.   Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower and cook for 10 minutes.
  • 3.   Meanwhile, peel and slice the onions. Sauté them in a non-stick pan over low heat until translucent.
  • 4.   Wash the cauliflower and separate the florets.
  • 5.   In a bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in a small amount of milk. Pour it over the onions along with the remaining milk. Stir over low heat until thickened. Season with pepper and add nutmeg.
  • 6.   In a gratin dish, arrange the cauliflower florets. Pour the sauce over them and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • 7.   Bake for 10 minutes and enjoy with your family!

  • 2 tablespoon of Cornstarch
  • 70 g of grated cheese
  • ½ teaspoon of nutmeg
