Bowlcake with pastry cream

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the oat flour, baking powder, yogurt, egg white, and vanilla sugar.
  • 2.   Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
  • 3.   Mix the egg yolk and cornstarch.
  • 4.   Then add the milk and vanilla sugar.
  • 5.   Heat in the microwave for 45 seconds, whisk, and then repeat in 30-second intervals until the mixture thickens, whisking well each time.
  • 6.   The next day, cut the bowlcake in half and fill it with pastry cream and a few raspberries.

  • 50 g of applesauce
  • 40 g of soy yogurt
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 80 ml of milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 7 g of Cornstarch
  • 5 raspberries
