Instructions

  • 1.   Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt.
  • 2.   Make a well, add the eggs, melted butter, and a little milk, then work the dough.
  • 3.   Gradually add the remaining milk until the dough forms a ribbon.
  • 4.   Cook the pancakes in a hot, buttered small skillet. Pour half a ladle of batter and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook for 2 minutes on the other side.

  • 75 g of sugar
  • 50 g of unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 cl of milk
  • 3 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
