Instructions

  • 1.   1. Cook zucchini, garlic, and onion pieces in a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • 2.   2. Mash the red beans with a fork.
  • 3.   3. Mix everything together and then cook small patties in the shape of pancakes in a pan.
  • 4.   Enjoy with salad/raw vegetables.

  • 125 g of canned red bean
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 g of chickpea flour
  • 30 g of oat bran
  • 50 g of walnut (optional)
  • 90 g of goat cheese log
