Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the egg with the sugar, then add the applesauce, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • 2.   Divide the batter into silicone molds, then press 4 raspberries into each muffin.
  • 3.   Bake for 20 minutes.

Ingredients for servings

  • 1 egg
  • 150 g of unsweetened applesauce
  • 100 g of oat flake
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 25 raspberries (frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon of agave syrup (optional)
