A delicious potato pancake recipe topped with runny raclette and a tangy onion and pickle pickle vinaigrette. A little decadent, what happiness!

Instructions

1. Steam the potatoes, about 30 minutes. Then mash them.
2. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the onion, cook until golden brown.
3. Add the onion to the mash, then the flour, salt and mix. Form pancakes.
4. Place all the dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix.
5. Heat a little olive oil in a pan, place the patty (s) delicately and cook until golden brown.
6. Meanwhile, preheat the oven grill.
7. Place the galette (s) on the baking sheet covered with baking paper, add the raclette and place under the grill for 3 to 4 minutes until melted.
8. Serve with the vinaigrette.
