Raclette potato pancake, pickle sauce

A delicious potato pancake recipe topped with runny raclette and a tangy onion and pickle pickle vinaigrette. A little decadent, what happiness!

Instructions

  • 1.   Steam the potatoes, about 30 minutes. Then mash them.
  • 2.   Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the onion, cook until golden brown.
  • 3.   Add the onion to the mash, then the flour, salt and mix. Form pancakes.
  • 4.   Place all the dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  • 5.   Heat a little olive oil in a pan, place the patty (s) delicately and cook until golden brown.
  • 6.   Meanwhile, preheat the oven grill.
  • 7.   Place the galette (s) on the baking sheet covered with baking paper, add the raclette and place under the grill for 3 to 4 minutes until melted.
  • 8.   Serve with the vinaigrette.
