Easy tiramisu (chocolate)

Good, smooth and simple not at all complicated, the preparation is quick. (possibility of replacing chocolate milk with coffee)

Instructions

  • 1.   Step 1 :
  • 2.   Break the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. 2nd step :
  • 3.   Beat the yolks with the sugar until white. Step 3:
  • 4.   Add the mascarpone. Step 4:
  • 5.   Beat the egg whites with a little salt. Step 5:
  • 6.   Add the whites to the mixture and stir gently. Step 6:
  • 7.   Dip the cookies fairly quickly in chocolate milk as desired and place them on the dish. Step 7:
  • 8.   Cover the cookies with a layer of cream and repeat this action: layer of biscuit then a layer of cream. Step 8:
  • 9.   Using a colander and a spoon, line the dish with cocoa. Step 9:
  • 10.   Leave to rest for 24 hours in the refrigerator and eat preferably chilled.
