Instructions
1. Cook the gnocchi in a large pot of salted boiling water according to the instructions on the package.
2. In a saucepan, cook the spinach with a little butter for 10 minutes.
3. Cut the salmon fillets into cubes. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
4. Prepare the béchamel sauce by melting the diced butter in a saucepan. Add the flour while stirring. Gradually pour in the milk while continuing to stir until the sauce thickens. Add the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
5. Place the drained gnocchi in the bottom of a gratin dish. Add half of the béchamel sauce. Top with salmon and spinach, and add the remaining béchamel sauce. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Serve immediately.
