Endive, Apple, Walnut, and Muguet Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the endives and cut them into pieces (except for the tough end).
  • 2.   Peel the apple and cut it into small cubes.
  • 3.   Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl and refrigerate.
  • 4.   When ready to serve, drizzle with olive oil, cut the cheese into pieces, and place it on top of the salad.
