Instructions

  • 1.   Finely chop the garlic.
  • 2.   Grate and chop the ginger.
  • 3.   Squeeze the lemons into a dish to obtain the juice.
  • 4.   Mix all the other ingredients in the dish and add the garlic.
  • 5.   Let your meat (ideally chicken) marinate for at least 2 hours.

  • 6 tablespoon of sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 small fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of Cayenne pepper
