Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the cream, Roquefort, and Mascarpone in a saucepan and cook to obtain a sauce.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, cook the penne until 'al dente'. Drain them and pour the sauce over the pasta. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
