Very Easy Apple Fritters

Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, pour the flour and yeast and make a well. Add the two egg yolks and a pinch of salt. Mix.
  • 2.   Gradually add the milk. When the batter is smooth, add the two egg whites previously beaten until stiff peaks form.
  • 3.   Peel and core the apples. Then cut them into regular slices.
  • 4.   Dip the apple slices into the batter and fry them.
  • 5.   Serve the fritters with sugar!
