Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the Chinese cabbage. Cut it into strips.
  • 2.   Whisk the dressing ingredients, with a little salt and pepper.
  • 3.   Lightly toast the sesame seeds.
  • 4.   Mix the Chinese cabbage, dressing, and sesame seeds.
  • 5.   Let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
