Chocolate Cornflake Clusters

Instructions

  • 1.   In a saucepan, gently melt the chocolate and oil, watching closely and removing from heat as soon as it's melted.
  • 2.   Pour this mixture into a bowl, add the cornflakes, and gently stir until all the flakes are well coated.
  • 3.   On a tray (option: mini paper muffin cups -> to make ball shapes), place parchment paper and make small heaps using a teaspoon.
  • 4.   Let it set in the fridge (thanks to the coconut oil that solidifies below 20-25 degrees) for about 1 hour, and it's ready to be enjoyed!
  • 5.   Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Buckwheat flakes can be replaced with cornflakes or lace crepes...
  • The chocolate can be replaced with spreadable chocolate or praline... Start with 100g and adjust to your taste.
