12 slices of Seed Bread in the Vitaliseur

Instructions

. Heat the water in the Vitaliseur's tank (about 1/3 full).

. In a bowl, mix the flours with the almond powder.

. Add the eggs, baking soda, water, oil, vinegar, and mix well.

. Incorporate the seeds, mix, and pour into a mold. (I used the Vitaliseur's loaf pan with parchment paper)

. Place the mold on the Vitaliseur's sieve.

. Cook for 60 minutes. Remove from the tank and let it cool. (be careful not to burn yourself)

. Store it in a clean towel for up to 3 days without any problem.
Notes & Suggestions
For cooking without a Vitaliseur, bake with a bowl of water for 50 minutes to 1 hour at 170°C.
