12 slices of Seed Bread in the Vitaliseur

Instructions

  • 1.   Heat the water in the Vitaliseur's tank (about 1/3 full).
  • 2.   In a bowl, mix the flours with the almond powder.
  • 3.   Add the eggs, baking soda, water, oil, vinegar, and mix well.
  • 4.   Incorporate the seeds, mix, and pour into a mold. (I used the Vitaliseur's loaf pan with parchment paper)
  • 5.   Place the mold on the Vitaliseur's sieve.
  • 6.   Cook for 60 minutes. Remove from the tank and let it cool. (be careful not to burn yourself)
  • 7.   Store it in a clean towel for up to 3 days without any problem.

Notes & Suggestions

  • For cooking without a Vitaliseur, bake with a bowl of water for 50 minutes to 1 hour at 170°C.

  • 100 g of chickpea flour
  • 100 g of rice flour
  • 100 g of buckwheat flour
  • 40 g of almond powder
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 30 g of assorted seed
