12 slices of Seed Bread with Vitaliseur

Instructions

  • 1.   Heat the water in the vitalizer tank (approximately 1/3)
  • 2.   In a salad bowl, mix the flours with the ground almonds.
  • 3.   Add the eggs, baking soda, water, oil, vinegar, mix well.
  • 4.   Incorporate the seeds, mix and pour into a mold. (I used the Vitaliseur cake mold with baking paper)
  • 5.   Place the mold on the sieve of the vitalizer.
  • 6.   Cook for 60 minutes. Take out of the tank and let it cool. (be careful not to burn yourself)
  • 7.   Keep it in a clean tea towel for 3 days without any problem.

Notes

  • For cooking without vitalizer, put in the oven with a bowl of water for 50 minutes to 1 hour at 170 °

  • 100 g of chick pea flour
  • 100 g of rice flour
  • 100 g of buckwheat flour
  • 40 g of powdered almonds
  • ½ teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar
  • 30 g of various seeds
