Onion and Feta Tartlets

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • 2.   Cut small rounds in the dough using a cookie cutter to make tartlets in the mold.
  • 3.   Melt and caramelize the onions in a sauté pan by sprinkling them with powdered sugar.
  • 4.   Fill the tartlets with the cooked onions.
  • 5.   Bake at 200°C (400°F) for a maximum of 10 to 15 minutes, until the dough is lightly golden.
  • 6.   Once out of the oven, place a small cube of feta on top, let cool, and that's it!
