Instructions

  • 1.   Take your Thermomix robot. Retrieve the bowl and pour in the flour. Then add the semi-skimmed milk. Plug your Thermomix robot into an outlet. Set it to 8 minutes, speed 4 at 90°C. Start the program to make your béchamel sauce recipe. 1 minute before the program ends, add the fine salt, pepper, and powdered nutmeg to the preparation in the robot's bowl. Let it cook until the indicated program ends.
  • 2.   Remove the béchamel sauce from the robot's bowl and place it in a container. Use a spatula to scrape all the béchamel sauce from the bowl. Adjust the seasoning if necessary, according to your taste.
  • 3.   Use this butter-free béchamel sauce immediately to make gratinéed endives, vol-au-vents, lasagnas, or to directly pour over fresh pasta or gratins on plates.
