Mango Cream in Small Pots

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and cut the mangoes. Put the pieces in a blender with the coconut milk. (Blend well to avoid lumps).
  • 2.   Add the lemon juice and sugar and blend again. Finally, add the tablespoon of cream and blend one last time.
  • 3.   Pour into pretty pots (or small glasses) to obtain small portions.
  • 4.   Leave in the fridge for about 2 or 3 hours (until the cream sets).
